Room photographs can reveal personal information. Please remove people, private documents, and identifying details before submitting a photo.

What you share

Choosing a photo loads it into your current browser tab. It is not uploaded until you request a generation. The browser normalizes it to a PNG and removes embedded metadata. Closing or reloading the tab clears this local draft.

When you request a concept, we receive the normalized photo, room type, and style. Google sign-in provides the identity and email needed for your account. We also keep job states, credits, orders, and support requests to operate the service.

Services used to process requests

Cloudflare provides application hosting and private storage. Google provides sign-in. fal processes images for generation. Stripe handles hosted checkout and payment processing. RoomLook Lab does not ask you to enter card details on this website.

Your photo leaves your device when you submit it. Each processing service has its own data handling obligations and retention practices. We do not claim that processing is zero-retention. We do not publish your room photos in the sample gallery or use them in marketing without your permission.

Storage and deletion

Uploaded photos and results are available for up to 30 days, unless you delete them sooner. Use My rooms to delete a room, including its uploaded photo and related results. Contact support for deletion of other uploaded photos, account information, or a wider privacy request.

Deleting a room image does not erase the minimal credit and payment records needed to manage an order, resolve a dispute, or comply with applicable obligations. Support requests also remain available for processing.

Cookies and access

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Private photos and results require your account session. We do not include advertising or third-party analytics trackers in this application.
